What are A-G requirements?
The A-G areas are a set of standards created for students who plan to attend a University of California school for their post-secondary education. According to the
University of California system, "The intent of the “a-g” subject requirements is to ensure that students have attained a body of general knowledge that will provide breadth and perspective to new, more advanced study."
Any student who wishes to attend a UC post-secondary school must complete courses that fulfill these requirements.
